A 35 y/o female presents with symptoms of fever, right flank pain and dysuria. The dysuria includes a very cloudy appearance to the urine with foul odor. The urinary changes started about 7 days ago and now she is experiences increasing intensity of right flank pain over the past 24 hours. The patient is running a fever of 101.2 ºF.
