As a clinical psychologist, you will be required to:

About You
You need to carry out the psychological knowledge regarding the theory and practices.
Abilities to understand the issues of the people and changes in their behaviours.
AHPRA registration and other requirements, specifically occupational therapy and psychological training and other psychological counselling with the appropriate certification.
Master’s degree required for the psychology
Appropriate AHPRA, ASORC, ESSA, RCAA registration
You need experience in psychological counselling, including a minimum of one year of practising on understanding the behavioural change within the patients.

The clinic is housed in a beautiful high ceilinged old bank in the heart of Fitzroy North that has been purposefully renovated. The rooms are spacious and filled with natural light, art and indoor plants.
Our patients are lovely locals that reflect the area. We welcome health care card holders, DVA and TAC patients; all ages, races and LGBTIQ+ communities.
What We Are Looking For:We are looking for a Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to join our established Psychology team for several days per week. Daytime, evening and weekend sessions are available.
You will be joining an established highly regarded team of Psychologists, with a steady stream of new clients referred from internally and externally. Your clients may be children, youths or adults, as per your preference. Special interest in areas such as ADHD, gender/sexuality issues and depression/anxiety will be well regarded.

We want you to look forward to coming to work, and to have a good time while you’re here. You will be working alongside professional colleagues in a lovely space, and supported by a very capable admin team and practice manager.
This role is a contractor position, so you will need to have your own ABN and insurance, and of course, be AHPRA registered. You will enjoy working independently, yet welcome regular interaction with the rest of our team to ensure consistency of patient care and a great team environment
