Your task is to develop narrative and visuals [i.e. pie charts, tables, infographic] to explain the following investment planning concepts:
Direct Investments [Shares and Property] versus Indirect Portfolio of Managed Fund Investments
Diversification and the Benefits of Asset Allocation [General]
Show and Table preferred Asset Allocation for a Balanced Investor along with suggested time frames and indications of returns compared to other Investor profiles (i.e. Conservative, Growth and High Growth).

The expectations are that you will:
draw from a range of credible references (i.e. this would exclude Investopedia) to develop your own explanations and cite using the Harvard Refencing format. ensure your explanations are clear and effectively support a client’s ability to make informed investment planning decisionsattempt to keep the overall word count to 600 words (note: some flexibility is allowed and tables, illustrations, headings and sub-headings and references are excluded from the word count).
