Objectives: The COVID-19 pandemic wreaked havoc on teaching interventions all across the world. Many schools and universities have transitioned to electronic online modes for the administration of their curriculum and educational programs. The current study aims to investigate Saudi Arabian medical student perceptions on the role of online teaching in facilitating medical education during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Design: This research follows the cross-sectional, online national survey design

Participants: Medical students across all years from Saudi Arabian medical schools in Riyadh.

Conclusion: To conclude, the present study that more than half of the studied subjects had a positive attitude toward the benefits of E-learning, while more than one-third of them had a negative attitude.
