To complete the report, you will be required to:
i) Formulate a clinical question from the set of pre-determined topics above. If you want a different topic, please provide your rationale and obtain approval from your tutor in writing. Avoid topics related to handwashing, would/pressure care, and hospitalacquired infection.

ii) Employ the PICO method, refine your clinical question and perform a search of a nursing/health science database, i.e., CINAHL or MEDLINE ONLY (NOT Google Scholar, Joanna Briggs Institute, PubMed, Cochrane databases, or SCU library search engine). Briefly report your search structure and results.

iii) Identify one paper that best answers your PICO question and undertake a structured appraisal of the paper. The chosen paper does not have to be in Australian context.

iv) Report the process from devising your clinical question through to the findings of your appraisal of the chosen paper.
