Introduction – Aim of the Study
The purpose of this qualitative report is to determine the relationship between job satisfaction, leadership skills and team trust. To do that, the authors undertook a study which sought to understand the correlation between how job satisfaction is impacted by the quality of leadership skills in management and in turn, whether or not job satisfaction and leadership skills ultimately impact team trust. This is accomplished by posing and studying the following research question: “Does job satisfaction and managerial leadership skills impact team trust ?”

Sample Size and Data Collection Method
It was determined that the sample size for this study be between eight and ten people at a minimum in order to gain the depth and breadth of responses required for such a study. Ultimately, twelve  people participated in the study. The data was collected by issuing a questionnaire with four open-ended questions which were related, in whole or in part, to the overall research question.  The questionnaire, which was developed using Qualtrics, was anonymous in that it did not require respondents to identify themselves by name, job title or profession. It was then distributed with a consent form via e-mail to respondents with a short explanation of the purpose of the study and thanked participants in advance for their participation. Participation was voluntary and respondents included business people, associates, students and employed persons who were contacts of those who developed the questionnaire. Once the questionnaires were completed, a report was created in Excel which captured all responses based on the questions posed.

Data Analysis, Findings and Discussion
The findings in relation to the four questions posed in the questionnaire are summarized in accordance with each particular question. To simplify things for the reader, each question is presented in the exact form that it was on the survey followed by analysis, summary and discussion points. As mentioned previously, each question was derived in whole or in part from the original research question: “Does job satisfaction and managerial leadership skills impact team trust?”
