Forum Post a: students individually research a company that has a demonstrated innovation execution analysing their innovative practices and covering the following. 

• Identifying and showing an understanding of the innovation that made the business selected prosperous and well known 
• an understanding of how they have continued to innovate to remain sustainable – were the products and how did the innovation/s contribute to sustainability. 
• an understanding of the business model they applied to make them a sustainable business. Need to discuss the model they used and how it helped them grow and innovate. 
• what these businesses are doing to make themselves sustainable into the future. 
• an application of academic theory & terminology. 
• Finish with a Question that relates to your Business and the Innovation discussed.

Forum Post b: Students will then post a 250 word response to a minimum three other students initial post responding to the final question that was posed. Response to include academic research and business examples to support the discussion and respond to the question in a relevant manner.

Learning outcomes being assessed: 
a. Analyse a convincing rationale to support an ethical innovation for a business or organisation’s future sustainability and viability. 
b. Examine the range of innovation strategies a vailable to ensure the future viability of a business or organization.
c. Critically analyse information, frameworks, and tools to identify logical and viable commercial opportunities. 
f. Analyse one’s own personal capabilities and the resources available to deliver an innovative solution.
