• This case Study VIDEO covers some of the issues and challenges faced by organizations not only overseas but here is PNG as well. We have new breedof workers (millennials) now entering workforce. Different types of organizations operate differently given the nature of their business and industries they operate in. The type of planned change they make in reshaping their business and also type of workers or manpower they plan for current and future needs are determined by their desire to grow their businesses.
• These businesses , in their efforts to find or attract more experienced and talented people into their organizations , look for various recruitment and selection methods . Organizations also are now challenged with new and young bread of workers who while embracing new technology and ideas arealso showing potential of being engaged effectively whilst also wanting to maintain work-life balance or flexible work arragementss .
• It is difficult to resists these changes taking place nowadays as those organizations and people resisting change will not be able to fully or satisfactorily perform their duties in meeting not only organizational goals but their personal goals as well.
