You will receive results for seven different measures of personality/emotions:

Personality:

• Big 5
• Locus of Control
• Entitlement

Emotions and Moods:

• Positive and Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS)
• Emotional Intelligence
• Habitual Emotion Regulation Questionnaire
• The Berkeley Emotional Expressivity Questionnaire

Focusing on your chosen measure, you are required to report and analyse your test results and, drawing on relevant research literature dernonstrate an understanding of what your self-assessment results might mean for your current and future workplace behaviour. *Note: most of the seven measures have multiple factors and you should Include each of the factors In the write-up of your essay (e.g., the PANAS has both positive affect and negative affect and you should talk about both In your essay). The exception to this rule is the Big 5, which has five factors. If you choose the Big 5, you should Include an interpretation of each of the five scores to show your understanding of the factors but only choose one as your focus for the write-up of the essay.

This essay should aim to:

• Demonstrate your understanding of the role personality or emotions play in the workplace through a critical review of the literature;
• Demonstrate your self-awareness about an aspect of your personality or emotions/moods through correct Interpretation and reporting of your chosen self-assessment survey resultt.
• Demonstrate your capacity to analyse the meaning of your results by (a) reflecting on the impact of your chosen personality or emotions/moods result on your current and future workplace behaviour and (b) reflecting on strengths and development areas of your chosen personality or emotions/moods result in relation to workplace behaviour. These reflections must be strongly supported by literature.
