Case Study 2-A Case study details:
You have a work colleague who is very respected in the community for all the volunteer service roles they perform, the charity fundraisers they undertake and the involvement in local children’s sporting associations he commits to. During a night shift you observe your colleague taking several items from the storeroom and putting them in their bag to take home.
When you ask what they are doing they explain they use the items to replenish first aid kits they use for the volunteer community activities, charity events and children’s sports and feels it is not an issue because the items are being used back in the community.
