Specific Criteria/Guidance

3.You need to identify a scenario where an organisational change or a change in health or social care practice was either implemented or is proposed. You should discuss the underpinning theory, processes and the leadership skills required to achieve successful change implementation. You may take a retrospective evaluation or anticipatory approach to the implementation of change.
4.You should critically reflect on the involvement of service users (patients, clients and carers) in decisions about their care and in health and social care practices. You should apply literature to propose ways to further involve and empower service users.
