Clarify information with stakeholders and discuss their involvement (including confirming their interests, needs and expectations)
Build effective working relationships through ongoing stakeholder engagement in your planning of the program, i.e., communications should be carried out over several occasions
Develop program plans in writing that are flexible and recognise different stakeholders and their competing demands
Identify and organise stakeholder engagement activities, including developing linkages to enhance knowledge sharing and commitment.

For three stakeholder types, identify and their interests and expectations for the program, you will need to engage in communications to determine these needs.
This should include using communication skills such as:
Plain English and clear use of language and grammar
Active listening and questioning skills
Open and friendly body language to invite positive face-to-face communications.
