Task 1 – Schedule Monitoring :

Based on the progress monitoring for your organisation (or Plan2go), prepare a communication (in email style) for distribution to the project team. The communication should include information on the following:

• Overview of estimated project schedule 
• Organisational requirements for reporting the progress of work throughout the project 
• How team members are to report this progress
• How their reporting will impact the schedule

Task 2 – Request Change :

Review the project documentation you have at hand and identify 1 issue that will require a change to the project schedule. 

Your change record should include: 

• Change request details
• Change request analysis 
• Change request initial review 
• Change request deliverable to be submitted to the appropriate person for final management review and approval (ie for sign-off)

Task 4 – Communicate with stakeholders :

Develop a communication (simulated email) to stakeholders and the project sponsor that includes the following:

• A summary of the identified change
• Forecast of impact of the change on project deliverables
• Proposed response to minimise impact of the schedule change
